You would be better off to send the 25P Trophy to Rich Boger. Id almost bet my house he could pick you up 2-3 MPH, holeshot, mid range, etc. He is the king of modifying Trophys. Google him and youll find his webpage.
The copy I printed today is hard to read. Does the diagram show where the lw pump out, pump in wiring? I know its a general question, but are there any known problem areas, maybe bad connections that have happened more than once, etc to cause the low voltage issue? When I bought the boat 7 years ago, the problem was severe. Aerator pump would only run for about 30 seconds before the dash turned off. I rewired the junction block and the voltage went up to 12.0 or so. Now with the aerator on, full charge, etc it drops to 11.2-11.4. When going down the lake the voltage will eventually pick up to 12.3 or so but it doesnt happen quickly. Last fall I checked the main + wire and some others for resistance and the ones I checked were OK. Any ideas or shortcuts would greatly be appreciated. Thanks
FWIW,I added an Oxygenator two years ago. I can tell a major difference in how the fish act, especially when the water temp is high.
Any more specifics on the changes? How did the deck change? The layout looks the same, at least to me. How about holeshot, any better on a 95?
BCB, When you say “Perhaps the shop itself can answer those more”; what “shop” are you referring to?Thanks
What is the day use box? The small box on the deck? If so, 94s have that box as well.
How beat up is the boat? Gel coat faded? Scratches, gouges? Carpet coming off? Seats need redone, etc? Please send pics to ]
Could you send more pics and full details to ? Where is the boat located? Thanks
Dont worry, they WILL be posted again..and again..and again.
Yeah, Mark does seem to get his panties in a wad pretty easily. A few years ago when the Basszone just started, Mark introduced himself to a friend of mine who is an Elite Pro. Well my friend didnt know who Mark was at the time and it apparently offended him pretty good. He almost never posts any coverage of this guy on the Zone. Coincidence???
Is there a way to shove a bolt or something in to hold the latch back?
So, taping the latch is the only option? Anything more semipermanent?
Well Im sure it will be 200 plus to repair the brakes. I have alot more pressing things to spend $$ on than the brakes…like the rotten floor next to the console. Hence the reason for a semi permanent solution. Will tape really hold that latch in place? I messed with it some last night and I cant see that tape would hold it.
more than happy to have the motor/boat checked out at your expense by any of the local mechanics in the Austin area. I was interested till I read that. Not sure I see how you justify it (you said its turning 600 rpms less than it should, but I have to pay to have it checked out) no dice……………
Still looking.Im needing another boat very quickly. Thanks
