Thanks for the ideas guys. As far as why I want to take it out, there is more room for fishing and moving around, and I am not worried about my passenger it is my boat not my passengers boat!
Could be bad gas, havent been able to fish much this year, but keep Seafoam in it. I have Half a tank, should I add more treatment and fill up, or figure a way to drain tank.
I guess from sitting along time, it was that way when I bought it. I have put a pipe wrench on it and it will turn back and forth but cant get it to come up and out at all.
I cant tell which it is, but looks like it is coming from where the lower unit connects to rest of motor. I wouldnt think it would be gear oil that high up. What would cause outboard oil to leak from there.
I took the cowling off and couldnt see any leaks in there. I am going drop it off at my dealer next week. Maybe it will be something simple. Thanks for yalls advice, I will let you know what they have to say.
