Sams Club sells a product called “odo ban” works great on pet odors. Might work 4 u.
Solid, and the engine cuts to idle.
Thanks for the info, gonna take it in and see what they find.
Well, I took it in and got the impeller replaced, then I took it out to the lake and it ran like crap, I couldnt get it to top speed. I took it back they ran diagnostic tests, checked the tps, plugs, coils, sensors, but nothing would come out on the computer. They said that they made a few adjustments (not sure to what) so I went to test it yesterday, and upon take off it is very sluggish, it took about 30 seconds to get some speed and plane out. I can get closer to top speed (water was a bit too choppy) but it just doesnt have the power it had before I took it to them, they are an authorized Merc dealer by the way. Any ideas on what could be happening with my engine? Thanks, RickLast edited by chopperwolf on October 22nd, 2009, 10:48 pm, edited 2 times in total.
Any suggestions on the prop, Fury, Tempest, Trophy? Also, should I change the pitch? I guess top speed is what I am going for.
Yeah, Im done with that shop. It would be greatly appreciated if the BCB shop can contact me. Very frustrating, especially with the good days around the corner.
You have to make time to come to Falcon, not sure if youve made it before, but its always a good time.
Any recommendations in South or Central Tx?
Falcon is my backyard, I fish it pretty often and have never seen the Mexican authorities, but by no means will I risk not having a license. As long as everyone in the boat has one, you should be okay. How many days are you gonna fish, Im gonna try to make it out there, and It would be nice to meet up with a fellow Cat owner.
Thanks for the list. Well I took it to the same local guy, along with a piece of my mind. If he cant figure out the problem, then I will definately call one of the shops and take a trip.
Sound just like me, lol. If my Cat is back from the shop, I will be out there. Are you coming down? Also, log on to falconlaketackle.com they normaly update the fishing report every couple of days or so.Last edited by chopperwolf on February 18th, 2010, 2:45 pm, edited 1 time in total.
Well, turned out it was a bad coil. Took her out today and “SHES BACK”. Ran great, although I will be looking into the new prop soon. Still undecided about which one to get.
Are you gonna sell your 332?
Hey Jeff, How about giving it as a gift to the guy that bought your boat? LOL, this is Rick.
