Crowbar, when the boss said I could get a boat,I spent about 3 weeks researching . Mostly on the internet, if you read this page and bass boat central (BBC) and a few others , the decision proccess is alot easier . Go into the owner likes and dis likes,there are alot of clues there as to who builds a good boat & trailer. Just like Ford ,Chevy, Dodge, there is bias. But the cream will rise to the top. You wont find the perfect boat, it,s still waiting to be built ,but you can find people who are triing alot harder than others to build it! With that said ,motor warranty would be the next concern as stated before ( bamma96) . Buy the way I was boatless bank trash for 9 years before I bought my new 2 me 07 puma 250 pro xs! Lost my last boat in a bad wind storm ,when you have time I can tell you alittle about what insurence not to get !!! 9years boatless whith full replacement coverage! Lets just say your better off in your own hands…
