The layout of a P3 is very similar to that described above by bcb. There is a passenger side rod locker, then a day box next to a large mid deck storage compartment, then a drivers side storage compartment split from the console by a shelf for a tackle box. The deck is considerably larger than a classic and it also has a step up cooler to the front deck. Plenty of leg room in the P3. Also, I can easily fit a 710″ rod in the rod locker so your 7 footers will be fine. Matt
Hey ctford. I live in Jax and have a PIII. Id be glad to take you out some time if we can get our schedules straight. Shoot me an email: ].Matt
Thanks everyone. Ill get a 20a. I always thought bigger was better!
Thanks everyone – especially socalpIII. I think that is what Ill have to do after checking multiple sources.
BCB, yes its a 2.5 block. OK – Ill try to find a 23″ Tempest and see how that works. Thanks all.Matt
Thanks for the link.Matt
sold – thanks Kyle
Ive had good experience with Progressive as well. I just had a pretty large claim and it was handled very well. As said above, the adjustor gave me a check on the spot.
Thanks BassCat and 1stinLA. Since I know less than ALL electricians Ill try the light trick. Showing my ignorance, where do I find the horn circuit? Do I need to get to the back of the super dash? And trust me – there was no jury rigging done here!
Hey BCB – the brand of the horn is FIAMM. It says AM80 above that, so Im guessing thats a model number. Do you have any of those in stock?
Hey Matt – nice name. I live in Jacksonville and have a 2000 Pantera III. A bit different from the boat you are interested in but Id be glad to take you out or answer any questions you have about my experience with Bass Cat boats. Im in the Mandarin area and work at UNF if that helps. You can call me at 904-886-3955.Matt
If its bass fishing you want then inland Florida is best. If its beach for the wife then bass fishing will typically be a drive. Of the locations you suggested Venus is basically right in between Okeechobee and Istokpoga – both excellent fisheries. Englewood would be a bit of a pull from those lakes. Sorry, cant help with the lodging but there are a bunch of good fish camps on Istokpoga that probably wouldnt mind the dog. Not sure if they do long term rentals. Im sure the same is available on Okeechobee too.
Yup, still got it.
Fed Ex ground is $30, so the total would be $180. I have a paypal account if that works for you.
Great. Send me an email to ] with your address and Ill supply you with my account information. Thanks.
