The prop does have the plugs in it I just havent had time to play with it yet. As far as I can tell the motor is about 3″ below the pad.

The motor is a 94 150 mariner magnum with a 23p throphy plus.

engine height is 3″ below pad I going to replace the plate just dont know how much of a set back yet.

I dont mind the bench seat, what I dont like is the fact I have to step up onto the seat to get up onto the back deck. I need to get my seats redone so I was thinking about shorting the bench seat on each side adn adding a “box” in the middle between the two parts.

It has 2 openings now that fit pretty tight togather. I was thinkng about keeping the back rest in the middle and adding a step in between the set, aslo thinking about shorting the seats and making them water tight somehow.

I called the # from the contact area at least 5 times and it jsut rang and rang, must have been something on my end. what kinda bucket seats does BCB offer.

I have a 94 PII with a 150 running a 23 p trophy plus and could only get about 5400. I going to have mine dropped done to a 22 p so I can get my rpms up. Currently I runnong a 23 p tempest and running at 5800 and 63 mph.

I can get minew to run 5400 at about 60 with it being 3″ below pad. From what I understand trophys are normal off a little ou tof the box, so you could probley have it worked and get your RPMs up.

I redid the seats in my 94 PII and it wasnt that hard.

do you think it would be better to replace the whole actuator or just rebuild the current one.
