It is not a heavy loaded Lithium. It does have some Lithium in it, though minor. The greases that have high Lithium we do not recommend. The one we suggest is the red Valvoline #616. There is another one that may be good also in a different number. The lithium issues are more regulated to the tube style greases for implements that have high metallic particles in them. The cleaner the grease the better from our experience. BCB

I found this at a auto supply store and going with it… VALVOLINE, Valvoline MultiPurpose Grease, 4 pound(616) SKU: VLV-616, || I just love repacking bearings……..
You should be more than able to handle it. It is like mounting a hitch on a frame rail on the older cards where you had to drill the frames. Though the double wall tube does mess with folks. Also we do not suggest a pilot hole on that drilling as it will bite in the double walls and who knows. It is a very nice feature. Costly for the apparatus, though nice.
