WOW, 23 hours one way! Im coming from Northern Indiana I think it is about 9 1/2 Hours. Really looking forward to it.
The engine was purchased and installed on a 2008 Sabre, in April of 2012. The Model number is F150TLR, I do not know the hours. However, the general condition of the motor is excellent. Thanks,
ChooChoo, I also would appriciate any info on Guntersville you care to send. I’m coming from Northern Indiana.
Since I didnt know anything about a “vault Bearing” I looked them up. Here is a link that has a few words about the warranty. https://www.pacifictrailers.com/pages/t … ion-system Hope this helps.
Great looking Puma.
Do you know why Basscat went completely through the boat – put on a new motor and set it on a new trailer? Was it in some kind of accident?
Also confused a little by triangle live wells and glass side rods. I guess I didn’t know they were available on a 2011.
Billius, Thanks for responding
For years I have fished our small tournaments (20 -25 boats) with a Sabre. Never had this problem. Kind of feel like I will be the only boat stopping the waters edge to untie.
Thanks for the responses.
Thanks for the reply. Can I assume your boat will bounce like mine or do you do this for safety – for the boat coming off the trailer.
Thanks for the responses, I now know that there is nothing wrong with my boat or trailer and that is what I wanted to know.
Assuming they are like mine, (2015 Puma) the light itself is a “rocker” switch. Turn on the master switch for the boat and press the top or bottom of the light to “rock” the light up or down. You can also get replacement switches or you can take them apart and clean the rocker assembly.
Hope this helps
I do not have any smart gauges just a standard 2015 Puma 250hp pro xs Optimax. Do you know if there is anything else required to use Vessel View Mobile device?
Just another opinion: It appears from the picture that the brackets are only welded on one side and that the weld shown was less than adequate. The weld failed – because it was a bad weld. Nothing to do with design, use or function. Any competent weld shop can repair – just have them look at some of the other welds to ensure they are adequate.
Being a certified welder on Mig and Stick as well as a welding Engineer I’m not going to debate the penetration patterns between the two types of welding or the detrimental effects on the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ). However, I will defend my insinuation that regardless of the process used a bad weld is a bad weld.
I would recommend contacting BCB. I got one for my 250 2-stroke Mercury. It’s really nice with “Bass Cat” & Mercury written on it.
Any interest in a well equipped 2005? Has not been listed for sale yet.
