Good deal. I am 6 ft 250 and my partner is 6.5 ft at 320. That is important. I am also getting older 47 and a little smoother ride would also be good. I know basscats ride better than most when it is rough. I dont want over a 19 ft boat and dont need one for the lakes here in Oklahoma. A few get real rough and big water but I have ran them in a ranger 361 so I know the 92 will handle it. Plus I need it to fit in my garage. I also like to fish in small areas so the bigger boat henders me more. I cant wait to hear some info on the newer p2 compared to the older.
I have owned two BCB boats in the past. I had an 04 p4 you built for me years ago. What loyalty program are you talking about. Also is I build one will it be a 2010 boat and motor? I would like to get my boat in the near future. I am looking at an older 97 p2 also but it does not have swing tongue ect. I would like to get my hands on a boat as soon as I can.
I read this but it does not give how much money i get off for buying a p4. Can someone please help.
I got a price from dealer and got them to come down to a decent price and that was without this incentive so I want to see how much more will be taken off.

what color and what engine? Where is H20 at?
If it rides better than the p4 and is easy to drive above 70 and fishes good and stable without rocking or when two people move around on same side it leans and rocks that is all I care about. I have never been in a bassboat over 73.4 and it was hard to drive with all the back end wanting to chine walk. All i heard was you have to learn how to drive it. Cant wait to talk to you more at basscat on the phone. Thanks
I think like you do. If you go Erya do the 250 SHO. Two reasons. First it is new and it has updated new styling. Second the SHO is also new and I think if you put a 200 SHO the true money difference will not be much if the boat is loaded the same. I bet there isnt $2000 difference. If you go with the p2 I would also do the SHO because it is new and if someone is selling their 1 or 2 year old p2 it is the same except they will not have this motor. Either boat would be the one I would stock but no one has a Erya and I think you will find some folks wanting the newer look including cat owners ready to move up from a p2 or p4.
I am glad to hear that. I will have the Erya with SHO 250.
Thanks Phil. I know you have ran Cats for a long time. Can you give me some insight on driving one? I always ran Rangers and Champions except for one triton that I hated. It was a 196 tr and it rocked and started chine walking about 67. Everyone said you just have to drive it after that speed. It would do 73 but I could not drive it past 68 because of it got out of control. My Rangers and Chamions which were all the wide bodies not the older Champions only did around 72 but you could drive them easy but that was top speed. I even drove a Skeeter at about 74 and it drove easy. I know this boat will be fast and will be capable of 80 plus but will it be just like the Triton where it will start going crazy after about 70? Like I said I had a p4 in 04 with a 200 ho on it and it would do about 71 and started to walk at about 68. It was squirlly at 70. All I read is you have to drive a boat if it can do speeds above 70 but I know my friend says his z520 with 250xs will do 76 and you can drive with one hand. Can you help with this question?
ttt
thank you. I do not need the speed at all. I could live with another p4 but I like the looks so much more on the Erya. I hope it rides close to as good as the puma ftd . I know if it rides as good as my 04 p4 did i will b happy. Although I do not care about speed I know if I learned how to drive it in the upper 70s safely I would be very happy knowing when the water was right I could do it and not be afraid. I never did learn how to drive my 196tr above 68 safely with me driving it. My friend could get 73 and had no problem because he said it was a balancing game. Now I also rode in a 21tr and we had it above 76 and it scared me to death. I could only get it to about 72 safely for me on this hull but hey I guess like you said I guess I have to learn how and feel safe doing it. Hopefully if I do get this boat before OI there will b plenty of BCB owners to help me understand how to get there. It will b nice knowing I have the boat to ride great and fish great that does handle well with performance.
Flyswatter I understand your question totally. I really like the looks of the Erya. I also want the Sho and I am not keen on driving 80. I just want a safe easy driving boat that you do not have to drive to drive it. I rode in the fx 20 last week and it drove like a cadillac all the way up to top speed and you did not have to drive it. We GPS ran at 77 half tanks two people he weighted 195 and I am 250. The boat was full of his gear. It was amazing and fished real flat and stable. I felt comfortable driving this speed in this boat. Now as far as the Erya nobody knows how it will ride and if it will handle smooth in rough water and fish flat but I hope so. I sure love the new looks of this new cat. I would have to take it with a 250 sho because as Bass Cat says I will have all the good electronics. I plan on my next boat being my last. I have been out of a boat going on 3 yrs. Down here in Tulsa area cats are few compared to other brands. Mostly dealer support in this area. Now there are a few dealers opened in the last year or so and I dont know much about them. Mainly Skeeters/ Tritons/ Rangers/ Champions and a few mix of the rest. Boats are so high now it is hard to even justify having one in your garage. But if you love to fish(which I do) I guess you have to spend the money!!
I want the exact boat at the classic. That Erya was perfect. Change the trolling motor to Minn-Kota fortex and maybe upgrade the dash gragh to a 9 series HB and I am done. That is just one of the best looking color combos I have seen to me. I have not had a boat for a few years but my 04 p4 was Wimpleton white and dark blue bolt. Basically a white boat. I am ready for some color again and this combo is great for me!!!! I hope to have one in April before the OI.
Well I do not know if it will turn out bad on the health care or not but I can tell you that where we are today is horrible. We are a small business and now since the contries down turn we are now 35 % down and had to cut lots of people. The Insurance we off to employees and there families is just bad but it is all we can afford as a company and are struglling with that. I expect next year it will be worse for our people because we are struggling and cannot keep these premiums that our company pay for the employees. It is getting to the point now that so many companies will probably stop offering insurance unless they are the big companies. That is another way to put small competing companies out because the workers will end up going to the big companies do to insurance. It all stinks right now and I do not know the correct answer to what is right but nothing will ever get done otherwise or it would have already. As long as you have two parties and all this Ill vote for this if you get this in there we are all going to pay!!!! I for one think something had to be done and this might not be the correct thing but I hope it is because we all need to have health insurance for everyone. Not just the big companies and rich..
