Thanks a lot guys for the welcome to Bass Cat. Tell you what when its Minus 27 deg F and the boat is down the road in a farm shed for now, Im out looking at it about as much as I spent time on the internet in December.She is going to be one sweet ride from everything I have heard about the Cats. When I went out boat searching on the Internet, didnt really have a clue as to which were the best boats out there. Had always heard all the hype on Rangers, Stratos, Nitros, Triton, Skeeters.Found the BCB board and my search was over pretty quickly. All I had to do was find what I wanted and close to home( From Ontario, Canada). Local dealer didnt have anything, so another search began early december and ended end of December.Paul up in Schenectady NY had my toy under his Christmas tree. At this time all I can say is Im really proud to be a new Puma owner, and after reading that previous report, know now that Bass Cat stands behind their product.I do have connections down in Arkansas, as my sister lives there along with all her kids. May just have to make a trip to see the plant.

I just purchased a 2007 Puma from Paul Pflieger in New York. Jan.2010Got all issues transferred around, no problems.Postman delivers package from Bass Cat. Well, at least the CUP did move north a little.Still a long way from TORONTOGood thing Mr. Bettman wont allow a team in Hamilton….. Cause theyd win Lord Stanleys Cup before Toronto would.Torontos last Stanley Cup win came back in the Cave days and was taken in Black and white pictures.Thank the Lord for Junior Hockey… at least they are developing some Great Players lately.

Made my own.Get some 1 inch plastic (PVC) conduit (Grey stuff) measure your length needed.Take a Dremel moto tool and cut out strip about 1/2″ wide to slip over Hydraulic steering arm.Got her made for about $4.00 for 20 of them.Times are tough!!!

You guys out enjoying sight fishing when the only sight I see is 2 feet of ICE.Dont worry, heading down to Florida for a few trips out with that dude, Preston Clark.Have been out with him before and he sure knows his sight fishing and all other fishing.Think Im going to be a little late this spring for bedding bass in Florida.A froze up Norfer.

Hi Guys from Penn.Im one of the guys that came over and talked with you.Big Rideau has been pounded pretty good the last 3 weeks.Still plenty of fish around, and many other small lakes not far away with what Doug B said were many 4 lbers looking for a hook.I know doug well enough that hes giving you an honest report.My *%*@@ cat is in sick bay, blew the lower unit 3 weeks ago.Ill get out on tuesday with a buddy in his Champion which he has loaned me.Where do you want to meet up or better yet call me at 613 224-5037 and well go from there.

Lot of information missing on this question.What lb. thrust is the maxxum? Is it a 12, 24, or 36 volt system?How have you got it wired up, parallel or in series.Until this information is in, answers can vary.

I would also carry a set of battery booster cables, just in case.I think these are very important.Know how to use them, Pos to Pos, neg. to neg.
