Did you reach through the panel where the trolling motor plugs in? So just screwing it down to the fiberglass could break it?

No just had the pedal out and I didnt see an access panel

Only access is the plug panel. The rod box idea looks pretty tricky. Also where is a food place to get the aluminum for the backing plate. I had thought it would be strong enough just screwing it down with stainless screws. Might have bit off more than I can chew with this project. I dont want the glass cracking. Does anyone think it might hold that way if I laid the down in rough water. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks everyone thought it was the fitting but tightened the hose clamps some and it stopped. Hopefully thats all it was. Ill have to keep an eye on it. Thanks again

If plugs are bad wouldnt it still act up with the muffs? Ill check them kinda wondering why it went away when I brought it home. Thanks

Yes I have ethanol resistant fuel lines. I have been using stabil in the fuel but last fill up I put a can of sea foam instead. Would this cause any issues?

Yes ran perfect once on plane up to wot. Coming off plane starts running rough. Get it home runs perfect. Im confused dont know what to check
