Ive always been a Humminbird guy. My Ranger I sold past December had 898s on it. I just bought this Cougar yesterday and it has Lowrances on it.

I made a mistake on what My boat has on it. It is an Elite 5 DSI. I was not paying any attention to it when I baught it last week. I used it this weekend and I DO NOT LIKE IT. Dont get me wrong, it does the job. Has a great down scan image and great GPS map. But, I want sonar as well. I will sell it if someone wants or trade me. My front graph is a piece of junk X65.

I was wrong when I firts posted this add. I was not paying attention to what graph is on this boat I bought. I thought it was a HDS 5. Its a Elit 5 DSI. I do not like it at all. Its a great graph, but I want sonar along with everything else. It does have a great GPS map and the down scan is very VERY good. I would still consider trade for something of equal value. It is new. Or I would sell it.

What is available atthe end of summer? The 360?

I played with it on my buddys boat and when I change the view to one side or the other, I showed him that he could sit in one spot and search under multiple boat docks without even moving.

I have a new Lowrance Elite 5 DSI I do not like it at all and I want to get rid ofn it. Would he be willing to trade? Im in Hot Springs.

Well then isnt an 03 the same hull as my 01? So it should fit right?

My rod locker does have a ledge, or what I would call a ledge, on it. I would like to see one.

I watched the show. It was ok. And you are right about the conditions those guys were fishing in. But Its Falcon. Fish it deep in the cold and youll hook a big one. I didnt pay much attention to the jig they used. I use Jewel jigs, mostley because i get them from a buddy of mine that is sponsored by them.
