It won’t hurt it to mix them but you’re kind defeating the purpose if you don’t dump the tanks. Remember, you have a tank on the side of the motor too. I’ve mixed oils for years.

The oil float in the reservoir on the motor could be stuck down. Or mine would alarm if that reservoir wasn’t full to the top.  The loss of power could be as simple as fouled plugs. Just my 2cents.

Redngoo is correct. This will happen from time to time if the welder doesn’t have his temp and speed set correctly on a MIG machine. I.P. Incomplete penetration, cold lap, slag inclusion can all occur during the welding process. I’m 100% confident BCB will take care of this for you.

I agree with a 7018 cap but I would go with a 6010 root/hot pass also. Give me a grinder, I’ll fit it up, you weld it. Lol

Had a 25p 4 blade on mine. Never touched the jack plate from the factory.
