Thanks for all the feedback guys! I think i will buy the one from sherms that thing looks pretty slick!!
Well i got it done but wasent the easiest thing in the world. I did end up having to take the bolts out of the jackplate and lift the motor. Lucky for me i am a auto mechanic. And was able to use my car hoist to lift the motor. If this is the biggest problem i have i will be happy. I ended up running thru the center of the jackplate. And if you take ur time and route the wire correctly it looks good and clean.Last edited by porkybass on May 16th, 2012, 8:30 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Thanks guys for all your help and input. I did forget to mention that there is a sticker on the trailer from brech marine. I think it is located in Alabama my guess is the guy i bought the boat from never registered the trailer or didnt get a title but at this rate who knows what the deal is. The guy i bought the boat from is named GRADY WAYNE JOYNER from lucama n.c. Like i said he seemed like a straight shooter when i bought the boat but now he has definitely proved me wrong. The vin on the trailer is 458BC222981010030 I just want what is rightfully mine and what i paid for. Like i said i do have a notarized bill of sale on the trailer but dont know how far thats gonna get me if the trailer isint even in his name. I Have called this guy about 100 times and wont respond no matter what i do i have been nothing but kind in all of my messages but now am starting to get angry for obvious reasons. Every time i get his voice mail it is still him on the voice mail so i know hes getting the messages but chooses to avid me. Again thanks so much for the input and help guys it is nice to have a good company with good people to be a part of.Thanks aaron mcgraw
The guy in the back round definitely does not look happy that this guy is fishing his spot notice how he is holding that large pole of some sort………………….lol
So my gps unit has the navionics bundle on it. Im sure its not as detailed as a newer chip but when i looked the other night it looked half way decent as far as detail. If i have my depth shaded at say 12 feet and run hard only in the shaded depth in 12 feet or deeper you think i will be good?
DUDE!!
Are you talking 4200 rpms under load or just reving the engine in neutral? Did u check the basics plugs, fuel lines and primer ball? Also check your fuel line to see if its the old fuel line i believe the old fuel line is grey in color. If you have it you need to replace it regardless even if its not the root cause of your issue. The fuel line breaks apart from the ethanol. If all those things check out further investigation will be needed such as compression test, checking fuel pressure and so on. Good luck let us know what u figure out!
Yep thats exactly what im after. Thanks so much
Awesome thanks so much for the help guys!!!
Most likely your caliper is going bad witch will require replacement. If you have caught it early enough and has not damaged your rotor you will be good and just have to replace the one caliper but if it has chewed thru the pads and put grooves in the rotor you will need to replace the rotor also. Most liley the pads on that side have been worn down substantially but if the pads on the other side look good and have alot of life left in them most of the time you can buy a loaded caliper that will come with pads in it and your good to go. if the pads are looking grim on both sides then just buy a set of pads and replace the caliper and pads on the one side and replace the pads on the other side. Be sure to lubricate the slide pins for both calipers when doing this also.
yep same here mine monitor both tanks but i mine dont show any type of oil level on the sc gauge and i dont have another gauge for the oil so i have to look at the level in the bilge compartment. however mine does have wiring going to the oil tank
Yes I do. You can select the oil level on the gauge in place of tank two but I dont think you can have fuel tank 1and 2 then oil its fuel tank 2 or oil. The oil level does work fine if I select that option
Mine is the same. My right (starbord) tank shows proper fuel level but left does not. If I select the left tank on the touch pad it will say tank 1 fuel level fault. And show 0% on the left tank no matter what. But if I select right on the touchpad it will show proper fuel level In the right tank but still 0% on the left tank. I think were alone on this issue between the two of us we gotta be able to figure somthing out..lol im thinking its gotta be a faulty key pad I have switched all the senders around if not the keypad it would have to be the gauge
