Its a bit of pain but I did mine without removing the tanks. The hardest part of installing the tanks or the baffles is the filler hose.

Sorry for the delay I have not been on the computer for a while. It is 3 years old and is the new style it has not been used very much considering the motor only had 53 hours on it when I took it off. BCB: I will try to get a picture to you this weekend when I get home. It sounds like Mark is on the same page as you guys. The 3/8 hole is above the pvs hole and the center of the 3/8 hole is the same distance away from the blade as the center of the pvs hole. Hope this helps.

I have a P4 with 4 batteries and the kicker tank on the passenger side and still had plenty of room for the 2 pumps that run the 8ft blades that I have. I will post a picture to show you the mounting that I used.

If you mount the pumps to where the hose connections face inward, you can run the hydraulic lines in where your hydraulic steering lines come out from the boat, in and around the batteries and tank and hook them to the pump on the opposite side of the boat.
