I would like to email you an offer whats your email address ?
Chris, if you are going to send pics (which I will need to get the money) I also need to know how its equipped. Thanks David
Been fishing out of a lot of different things these past 20 years but this is by far the nicest. This Jag has a ride to die for. That 225 yamaha isnt hard to take neither. Damn I flat love it
I already know Im going to love this thing. My brother is on his second one now and I have fished out of his quite a bit. But, that doesnt mean Im not amazed. This thing has a trolling motor that self deploys and stows at the touch of a button. I dont mean power assist. I mean totally puts in the water and takes it out and stows it without me doing a thing. Dont know where I was is 1998 but I never seen that coming. My lost boat I barely had room for a Thermos. Now, I can darn near take the neighbors and their kids. Im still awe struck. Found it on Craigslist and had to drive 600 miles to get her. I think shes worth it
I cant verify this right now because the boat is over at Brechs Marine being gone thru and serviced before I put it in the water for the first time. But, I believe its the same hydraulic jackplate that came from BCB.
Suppose I should add that was in 1998
There were 2 or 3 listed on bassboatcentral in the $400-$450 range. Just got my 26 fury 2 monthss old like new for $375 that included free shipping and the yamaha hub kit off of ebay so I think I did pretty good
LC, I also run a 98 jag but have the Yamaha VMax 3.1 225. I live in Troy Alabama which has an elevation of about 500ft. Im running the 26 fury. My time on plane is almost instant and my top speed on gps with full gas and full livewells with one person was 74.4mph. With two people (good size guys) my top gps speed was 69.5 mph with a little throttle left. That 26 Fury was a game changer for me
Damn Tom, youre outrunning my Jag with a 225 by about 2mph. Well see what happens when I drop that 250 HPDI on the back of this Jag. Factor in the oil Ill burn and the gas mileage difference and I still lose hands down. Damn, I need a NEW SHO
fishntroxJust to make sure I am clear as to what you are saying. You attached the back end of the rail near the corner then pulled it tight and tacked it at the front ? Im assuming this was to help you set it straight ? Once it was lined up and straight you then fastened it with the rivets ? How difficult was it to get the insert into the rail once it was mounted ?
Now thats the way it should be. Sounds GREAT
Getting it here also. Wasnt present when I went to work this morning at 7
Brother and I went there a little over a year ago. Loved it. Absolutely loved it. Fishing was kinda messed up a bit due to the super high (and rising) water. Went out with a guide by the name of Charlie Harleson. Super neat guide and extremely knowlegable about the lake. Would love to go back just too damn far from Alabama. We had to laugh cause by 9 in the morning we were culling 4 and 5 lb bass.
Having the same problem here. Started last night somewhere close to midnight I believe. With the exception of the text on the left side about the 5 different topics screen is blank . No buttons for those topics, no images, nothing. However, knowing where things should be I can navigate.
billiusMake sure you post everything you learn cause I am doing the same thing your are just a different area. Im doing about a 5 – 6 gouge on the keel about 6ft foward of the transom. This is gonna be fun
