It actually acts like it has no low end torque at all, and is very strange as it has never happened before. I had to get my co-angler to sit up front so that we could get on pad. I am thinking about putting the same 4 four size plugs back in it and try that, otherwise I was thinking that I had a engine problem. The only question with that is with full fuel tanks and gear and livelwells full I was ruinning at about 5400rpms and at about 72mph….????

I appreciate everyones suggestions and I think I will try some different plug combos next weekend and see if that corrects the issue. If not, to the dealer we go……. Again thanks to everyone Keith Reed

Yea I kinda figured it was a vent of some sort, but any clue on why it wont tighten back down to the top cap? Thanks Keith

Hey guys I forgot to mention the boat is a 2007 and I took delivery of it this past January and I never experienced this problem until about 4 months ago fishing a Tournament I blew 2 plugs out of the prop. Put new plugs (same size) back in and it has never been the same. The prop had all 4 in it, so I have been running with the same, just thought I would add this as it may help with the diagnostics… I was thinking it was maybe an engine issue but I am confused because again there has been no top end speed lost?? I have the same exact set up and I had the same issue recently myself. It was a very easy fix for me,as I had too much motor in the water. I just had to raise my hyd jack plate where it read half way on the gage in the dash and out of the water she goes!!!!! Its only an issue when I have full fuel tanks, livewells full and a partner fishing with me. Hope this helps…….

Sorry for the delayed reply but I just returned from 2 days on the Cal Delta. You know that is who does all my prop work but I just figured it may be to soon for him to have one. I will give a ring ASAP, I must be getting old thanks for the reminder……
