Thanks for responses guys. Nela, my salesman had someone at the plant take a couple of pictures for me. He has done this for all the guys that have bought boats from him and has gone above and beyond for me on this boat. Phil you are right about loaded up, I went with tons of options as I dont plan on buying another boat in quite some time. Some of the cool options I went with 2 HB 797SI, BCB on carpet, personalized my seats, CD radio, headrest speakers, security system. Maxed out trailer options as well, pop axle, step with pole, since I upgraded electronics I couldnt justify the twenty inch rims on a trailer, though I could always do it later. I will post more pics after I get my boat to show you the complete package. Thanks for the compliments guys.

slimm, I have an 08 Sabre FTD with the Etec on it. This boat is incredible, I just got back from a trip last weekend. I wasnt running much distance as I had two little ones in the boat but speed wise I was seeing 62 with full tank of gas and full tx load.(kids werent in the boat, they got scared at about 35) With a little less gas in it and some more seat time I would think that I will be running close to 65ish. If you are in the market for a Sabre FTD with Etec I know a dealer in Wisc. that has one at a great price. I have a couple of pics of it if you are interested. Brannon- Even though I was going to go with the white motor at one time, I think for you to be able to sell it in the north would be very difficult. Why not go with 100th Anniversary Etec? Tideman- I heard that Merc went with black to hide the stains from the exhaust. I know, I know not all Mercs smoke, especially the ones that are off.

Its going to be a white christmas here, expecting another 8-12 inches in the next day or two. It was -2 yesterday and it is a balmy +2 right now. Everybody have a great holiday and be safe.

Is the Cougar FTD coral? That boat is unbeleivable.

I see the shoulder specialist on Monday. I dont know how bad the tear is yet but he will tell me. It is my dominant arm, so I will just have to learn to throw more lures left handed, maybe this will make me a better jig fisherman. The OI and being able to coach my sons baseball team this summer are big goals for me.

Thats good news on the possibility of being able to make the OI in time. I know all people recover differently, but it does give me a goal to concentrate on when doing the rehab.

Got the results today from the shoulder specialist, the tear is not as bad as they thought. It is still torn but all I have to do is therapy for now. Four weeks of therapy and then see how it heals. Playing baseball and softball for the last 36 years of my life probably contributed to the injury. Just glad to hear from the doctor that it probably wont affect my spring fishing plans and I will also be able to fish in my first BassCat OI. Guys thanks for all the well wishes.
