There are only 2 up here in Toronto Canada that I know of and neither have pop axels and only one has a swing toung… Were littered with Rangers in these parts unfortunitly.

It is a regular opti 225, with a 6inc jack plate. So maybe a 26 Tempest but what about the Tempest Plus ? any difference ? What top end are we talking about Clint in your buddies rig ? I assume mid ~75mph The Pro XS has a little more redline (250) and the torquemaster may have better HP delivery to the prop.

Ok sorry for the long delay, its cold up here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada !Ok on the back of the fual gauge I have 4 wires. One is the light which is easy to identify. The middle post looks like a ground and then I have one purple post and one red wire post. Where I flip the A-10 dash to L or R tank the below results are the same. Grounding out purple to middle – full Grounding out red to middle – sparks grounding red to purple pins the needle past empty. Ideas ? next steps ?

Thanks for some feedback on this Gary. I have a feeling this 4 blade may be the answer but reading other guys numbers I feel like I could be missing something with only hitting 70mph (GPS) and 5500 RPM (smartcraft). Maybe I should be happy with that number?

Waterboy, that is where I found my speed actually. When I started losing water pressure all I got was rooster tail. I ran out of lake a little but feel by dropping the engine to 3.75 ” below pad I may actually hit the best all around performance but realistically dont expect to hit 70mph. Ill test this setup on the coming weekend. I honestly feel I should have no uses with full load and 72-74mph in this hull and engine. Just need to find the right hight and wheel! Thanks for the advice and Ill try your suggestion a little more.

Had my buddy check his 2005 P4 tandem axel and the calipers are on the back.

I like that idea. Should I remove the fender first ? If I recall in one of the past postes that there was some special glue or it was a little tricky…?

Hey Phil, Its been repowered last year with a 250 PROsx and with it came an Atlas plate. The marina has had a hard time trying to clean up the rigging using the existing hole on the middle/top of the splash well. The Merc rigging isnt flexable enough to lay back there when the hole is in the middle and it rips the rubber rigging boot apart. I really need a picture to show you guys what Im talkign about… Let me see if can do that now
