    If you are replacing the old push/pull type, with the new round lever auto or empty type, you will have cut a hole for the new round one to fit.

    I believe that the boards are 2×6 (4) that are then ripped to 41/4 wide. Next you go to front ( outside edge) measure in 1 inch then me back 18 inches (outside edge again) draw a line cut that .you now have your boards ready to carpet

    Sounds as if you got a single traile axle. If you used two wheel spacers, you predicament is solved.

    Yes you can add a2nd axle,Idid this about 3yrs ago. If you can or have friend that can weld. the cost is not that great. If you have any??? be glad to answer.

    You might check the jumper wire on the back of switch, thats how the light get its power.

    You can bend the flot arm to make some ajustment. If only need to know the a mount of gas,mark your tank you should be able to see gas through the tank.

    Check the fuse (driver side ) on the motor.

    You can turn the pin 180 degrees, couple of hard pulls & stops should straighten the pin enough to remove.
