my lowrance 522 does the exact same thing…. wow.. I was kinda thinking my mechanic didnt hook stuff up right??? I got in a pickle last week and starting battery went dead, so I had to buy one in a small town.. got the biggest he had but it was only 850 cca.. 1000 warm. my lowrance was doing this same thing with my last battery as well , it wasnt big enough either.. sucks to spend 86$ and still not have what I need.. thanks for the info.

ill be taking it to get checked tomorrow. I do run synthetic gear oil. I checked it and it was a little bit milky. When it comes out of the bottle its about as blue as you can get, mine is faded a little now. thanks so much for the info.. I sure cant afford a huge repair bill right now with all the rain we have been getting..

went by there and its way out of water. Today lake was 6 feet higher than last week. Great news for us locals because our ” COE” was dropping water off fish trying to spawn . If it wasnt for lake comeing up they would have acomplised it… Its going to make fishing tougher but a great spawn again this year… yooo hoooo!!

thx. I know how to add my cranking battery to series to make 36, I was just curious about any dangers except after a day of fishing in the wind my motor may not start… also if the same plug at the front would work? The P3 doesnt have room for the 4th battery.
